#1
WARRANTY

Tankless Water Heaters offer 15-25 year warranties depending on the manufacturer compared to the 6 years offered on outdated Storage Tank Water Heaters. A Tankless Water Heater could last 3 times longer than a standard water heater because of the warranty.

#2
EFFICIENCY

Tankless Water Heaters heat water “On Demand,” which saves gas and greatly reduces carbon monoxide emission, increasing energy savings between 24-34% over traditional, outdated storage tank water heaters. The Tankless Water Heater has a constant supply of hot water.

#3
PERFORMANCE

The outdated Storage Tank Water Heater boils water all day and all night, wasting gas and emitting more carbon monoxide pollutants into the atmosphere than a Tankless Water Heater. If large amounts of hot water are used consecutively the storage tank will run out of hot water.

#4
ERGONOMICS

Tankless Water Heaters are compact and easy to locate for installation. They are mounted on a wall and take up to 70% less space than an outdated Storage Tank Water Heater. They can be mounted indoors or outdoors. They are easy to work on and overall aesthetically superior.

Water Fixers offers a simple answer as to what size Tankless Water Heater you should purchase. It’s simple, “Size Matters!”.

You would never regret purchasing the largest BTU rated Tankless Water Heater for your home or business from Water Fixers Plumbing & Filtration. The Higher the BTU rating the higher the flow rate of hot water delivered to your Laundry, Dishwasher, Shower, Bathtub, Faucets, etc. If you purchase a low BTU rated heater you could exceed the flow rate capacity and experience cold water cycling, starting off with hot water and then turning cold quickly. The price difference from the smallest BTU rated Tankless Water Heater (120,000 BTU) to the largest BTU rated (199,900 BTU) is usually only a few hundred dollars. Spending the extra money up front will be a wise investment for the future. Tankless Water Heaters supply hot water on demand when dispensing water. If you run the dishwasher, start a load of laundry, and then take a shower, you will get a cold water shower with a smaller rated BTU Tankless Water Heater. You would quickly realize you should have taken the expert advice from the Pros at Water Fixers Plumbing & Filtration and have purchased the larger BTU rated Tankless Water Heater. We don’t want regrets, we want success!

Water Fixers offers a simple answer as to what is the most efficient Tankless Water Heater. It’s simple, a “Condensing Tankless Water Heater”

The Condensing Tankless Water Heaters offered by Water Fixers Plumbing & Filtration uses two (2) Heat Exchangers to heat the water instead of only one (1) Heat Exchanger used in the “Non-Condensing” Tankless Water Heater. The secondary Heat Exchanger is made from Stainless Steel to resist corrosion and is used to “Pre-heat” the incoming cold tap water to the Primary Heat Exchanger of the Heater. When the water is pre-heated by the secondary Heat Exchanger and flows through the Primary Heat Exchanger the water will reach its hottest temperature much quicker. The Primary Heat Exchanger won’t need as much gas fuel to achieve optimum water temperature and the result is the highest UEF (Uniform Energy Factor) rating in the hot water industry. The exhaust gases from the primary heat exchanger are about 300 degrees Fahrenheit. The secondary heat exchanger uses those exhaust gases from the primary heat exchanger to pre-heat the water and the exhaust gas temperature in the secondary heat exchanger is now reduced to about a 130 degrees Fahrenheit. This greatly reduces the amount of emissions released into the atmosphere and reduces overall gas fuel usage. Now you have a Tankless Water Heater with a 93-97% UEF as opposed to the 82-84% UEF of the typical Non-Condensing Tankless Water Heater. And, the exhaust venting material no longer needs to be stainless steel because the exhaust heat temperature and the acidity of the moisture in the exhaust gases are greatly diminished through the secondary heat exchanger. Materials such as PVC are acceptable to use for the exhaust. The Condensing Tankless Water Heater is more expensive with the initial purchase but is well worth the gas fuel savings and cleaner air to protect our environment.

Water Fixers offers a simple answer as to what is a Tankless Water Heater with a Built-in Recirculation Pump. It’s simple, Instant Hot Water!

Without a Hot Water Recirculation Pump attached to your Hot Water Heater, regardless if it is a Storage Tank Type or Tankless Water Heater, you will be waiting several minutes to get hot water when dispensing water from any fixture or appliance. If you haven’t dispensed any hot water for several hours the hot water inside the plumbing lines cools off to cold water, and when you dispense hot water it can take several minutes to purge the cold water from the plumbing lines. To resolve this cold water cycling dilemma and to stop wasting hundreds of gallons of valuable water all you need to do is purchase a Tankless Water Heater with a built-in recirculation pump.  The pump will recirculate the hot water from the heater throughout the hot water plumbing lines of the home or building to flush out the standing cold water so when you open a hot water faucet you have hot water within seconds, not minutes. It is no longer necessary to have a dedicated hot water recirculation plumbing loop pre-installed in your home or building to receive the benefit of a recirculation pump. The Grundfos corporation has developed a patented Thermal Bypass Valve that mounts under a sink the farthest distance away from the Water Heater which aids in purging cold water from the hot water plumbing line of the house or building.
