It has been our experience from servicing and repairing various equipment manufactured by several different manufacturers that using OEM water filters and reverse osmosis membranes did not affect, alter, change, or compromise the structural integrity of the assembled components associated with the serviced and repaired equipment, and, did not lessen, diminish, or sacrifice the quality of product delivered while under the respective warranty terms and conditions of the serviced and repaired equipment. On the contrary, in most cases, the OEM water filters and reverse osmosis membranes equaled or exceeded the performance and quality of the product delivered from the serviced and repaired equipment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can also pay for purchase transactions in advance by sending us a Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Certified Bank Check, or Bank to Bank Wire Transfer to Water Fixers, 2004 Preisker Lane, Suite J, Santa Maria, CA 93454. Bank wire transfers require Bank Account and Routing numbers, which will be provided at the time of purchase when using this payment method. If you prefer to pay in advance by personal check, your order will be processed and shipped once your check has been received, deposited, and cleared by our bank with the funds validated into our bank account (usually 10 business days). We no longer send shipments C.O.D.

SHIPPING-Continental USA

The Water Fixers Terms, Terms and Conditions, and Policies for Shipping in the Continental USA are as follows. Most orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours of the original order date during the normal weekday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays that are celebrated during the week by freight and transportation companies that are closed for business, or when we are closed for business. All orders are shipped via “Best Way” Transportation according to package contents, product value, package dimensions, and total package weight to offer you the most competitive and efficient method of delivering your product or products. You may specify a preferred method of shipping or preferred shipping company at the time of your purchase transaction, and we will accommodate your request accordingly, keeping in mind that your cost of shipping may increase depending on which method and company you choose. We use FedEx, U.P.S, DHL, Airborne Express, U.S. Postal Service, Bax Global, Central Freight Lines, Yellow Freight, Estes Express Lines, and other freight and transportation companies. If you reside in a rural area, your shipment could be delayed beyond the normal expected delivery time depending on accessibility to your property or availability of shipping and transportation companies making deliveries to your area. You may request Tracking information from us via e-mail message service or telephone provided to us by the freight and transportation company when your order is shipped if you would like to track the estimated date and time your products are expected to arrive. We can’t and don’t guarantee a delivery date or delivery time of your product or products once your order is processed and has been shipped from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that most orders shipped inside the Continental U.S.A. usually arrive at their destination point within 1-5 business days after leaving our warehouse facility. Orders not shipped within 30 days may be canceled.

SHIPPING-International

The Water Fixers Terms, Terms and Conditions, and Policies for Shipping International are as follows. International shipments are subject to additional handling charges, increased shipping rates, increased insurance charges, customs charges, duties, and taxes according to the governing body’s fees at the point of destination. Depending on shipping location, accessibility to the shipping location, and availability of shipping and transportation companies making deliveries to the destination point, product deliveries may take days or weeks for product arrival. International shipments are also bound by the standard terms and agreement of Continental U.S. shipping. Please be aware that many manufactures do not offer product warranties for defects in artistry or materials or performance guarantees for products shipped outside of the Continental U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufactures restrictions or U.S. Law.

SALES TAX

The Water Fixers Terms, Terms and Conditions, and Policies for Sales Tax are as follows. State Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within the Continental USA according to the terms and conditions established by the United States Federal Government and each State of destination. Depending on which State and County you reside in, you may be exempt from paying any Sales Tax. The current Sales Tax rate for the County and State in which our business resides is calculated for each city and county. In Santa Maria, the current tax rate is 8.75%

RETURNS

The Water Fixers Terms, Terms and Conditions, and Policies for Returns are as follows. Any merchandise shipped to you incorrectly or defective from the manufacturer must be returned to our facility within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise ordered in error or merchandise needing to be exchanged for different merchandise must also be returned within 30 days upon receipt of originally ordered merchandise. Orders received Incomplete, incorrect, or containing damaged merchandise must be reported to Water Fixers within two (2) days upon receipt of merchandise. You will need to telephone our customer service department at (805) 928-6444 or send an e-mail message to acquire a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) before any merchandise can be shipped back to Water Fixers. The RMA number will be issued to you via telephone or e-mail messenger service within three (3) weekdays. Any merchandise returned to Water Fixers without a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) will be shipped back to the customer at the customers’ expense, including all shipping costs, packaging, and handling fees. All returns must include the RMA number clearly written, stamped, printed on the packaging container, and shipping label or packing slip. We will not accept any merchandise return regardless of the circumstance after 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, packaging, and handling fees to return merchandise to our facility unless other arrangements are made and pre-approved by an authorized agent of Water Fixers for returning defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise at our expense. All returns must include the original sales invoice. All merchandise returned must be in new condition, unused, unopened, including the original shipping container, original packaging, original accessories or items, and all original manuals and documentation. Defective merchandise is also subject to the terms and conditions of this returns agreement. A Restocking fee of 30% of the returned merchandise retail value, repair charges, or replacement fees may apply on returned merchandise. Refunds will not be given for any merchandise that has been opened or used unless merchandise is proven to be defective from the manufacturer. Refunds will be credited to customers’ accounts within five (5) weekdays upon receipt of the merchandise returned to the Water Fixers Plumbing & Filtration facility. Merchandise returned from orders that received a discount, incentive, or free shipping will be subject to a $30.00 fee or the actual shipping charge when the order was processed and shipped to the customer unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or was defective from the manufacturer. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Water Fixers Terms, Terms and Conditions, and Policies for Limitation of Liability are as follows. Water Fixers makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning the performance, structural integrity, durability, longevity, fitness for a particular purpose, or replacement of merchandise under the manufacturers’ warranty on any water treatment products or merchandise offered for sale from Water Fixers. Water fixers maximum obligation for water treatment products or merchandise shall be limited solely to the refund of the purchase price, or replacement of product or products proved defective upon return receipt of merchandise and inspection by Water Fixers, less shipping charges, packaging, and handling fees. Determining a product’s suitability or products for uses and applications contemplated by the purchaser shall be at the purchaser’s sole responsibility. Water Fixers shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. The purchase of products offered by Water Fixers constitutes purchasers’ acceptance of this Limited Liability.

All information presented for products or merchandise is based on data from sources believed to be reliable. This information is offered for evaluation and comparison. It is not considered a warranty or guarantee of any kind concerning the performance, structural integrity, durability, longevity, or fitness for a particular purpose on any water treatment products or merchandise offered from Water Fixers. Where possible, we offer OEM replacement parts, fittings, filters, components, and accessories. The word “COMPATIBLE” means that the replacement filter or part will work with another device or system without modification. In other words, the filter or part will fit. This does not mean that it is a comparable replacement. Using the word “COMPARABLE” would indicate that a Comparison was made against the original filter or part and that the filter or part was LIKE or SIMILAR to the original filter or part in performance and/or specifications. Water Fixers makes no comparison to original OEM filters and parts, nor do we make any specific performance claims unless so noted. Determining the suitability of a product or products for uses and applications contemplated by the purchaser shall be the purchaser’s sole responsibility. Water Fixers shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount.
