Water Fixers has been designing, manufacturing, servicing, repairing, and installing Reverse Osmosis water purification systems since 1987. We manufacture them in our warehouse located right here on the Central Coast. The CPS series of Reverse Osmosis systems employs Chinese-made filter cartridges and components for the most budget-focused individual or company who is willing to sacrifice water purity and safety to save money when purchasing a system. We have installed and serviced thousands of systems over the past 38 years, and the CPS-5T is the most budget-focused residential system we have ever produced, offering five dedicated stages of filtration. The CPS-5T is assembled here in our warehouse at Water Fixers. This 5-filter cartridge system uses all Chinese-manufactured components and filter cartridges. It is designed for the most extreme budget-focused individual or company, with two additional stages of filtration than the CPS-3T. It also consists of a 2.5-gallon storage tank and an air-gap dispensing faucet. This system provides better filtration than the CPS-3T.
Cheap filters do not have the micron size or special filter material required to remove VOCs (volatile organic chemicals), Hydrocarbon Gases (chlorine, ammonia, chloramines), Cysts (cryptosporidium, cyclospora, giardia), Silt, Clay, and other toxic contaminants, when compared to USA-manufactured cartridges. Molded micro-fiber material with a nominal 10 micron particle filtration rating for sediments, sand, rocks, etc. The primary function is to prevent sediments from fouling the membrane filter. Chinese-manufactured. Service Interval: Recommended every 3-6 months
2″ x 10″ sonically welded, plastic molded inline filter housing encapsulating granular activated carbon that is typically installed inline between tubing. Granular Activated Bituminous Carbon material with a nominal 100 micron particle filtration rating. The primary function is to adsorb Chlorine before entering the membrane filter and prevent premature chemical damage to the membrane. Chinese-manufactured. Service Interval: Recommended every 3-6 months
TFC (thin film composite) Non-chlorinated water membrane filter cartridge. Particulate Filtration rating at .001 micron. Removes Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Salts, Metals, Minerals, Organic Matter, Pyroxene’s, Sub-micron Colloidal matter, Cysts and Bacteria, and other contaminants from an untreated water supply. Cannot be used with a chlorinated water source. Average rejection ratio: > 98%. Rated production up to 24 gpd. Chinese-manufactured. Service Interval: Recommended every 12-24 months

The Long-reach Air-gap faucet is typically used for dispensing pure water from a pressurized storage tank of a reverse osmosis system. Manufactured from Lead-free brass with a high-polish chrome-plated finish. Touch n flow spring-loaded handle for easy dispensing and automatic shut-off after dispensing. 1/4″ inlet water connection. Integrated Air-gap module with 1/4″ and 3/8″ brass barb connections at the base of the faucet to comply with UPC plumbing code drain installation. Mounts in a standard 1 1/8″-1 1/4″ hole on the kitchen sink or countertop. Chinese-manufactured.
