Throughout our 34-year history, we have been investigating, discovering, and implementing policies and procedures that enhance our daily operation’s performance to increase productivity, improve customer service, and expand our positive social media influence. One of the biggest changes we are making is implementing electronic accounting software and electronic document signature software. Every customer will receive invoices and signed documents through the convenience of cell phones and emails. We will eventually eliminate printed documents and become green compliant.

Our new software implementation should start evolving in May or June and continue to expand as the months arrive. In our opinion, the single best benefit from electronic document signing will be for you, our customer. Whenever we can put as much information as possible into written terms with our customers, we can review conversations, agreements, and contracts with the press of a button. Then, any discrepancies, disputes, or ill will can be settled immediately because all verbal conversations will be in writing, so there would only be minor contestable differences for any business transaction.
